CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The third grade team’s focused poetry lessons and rigorous instruction have produced fantastic results. Not only did all third graders write creative poems, many are being published in the Creative Communication’s Spring 2016 poetry edition! Strong work third grade!
Nottingham Elementary School’s annual Writers’ Night was a tremendous success. Students took great pride sharing their writing portfolios. Nottingham Knights overwhelming chose “Sledding” (42%) as their favorite snow break activity. Interestingly, “Playing boardgames” came in second with 27% of the vote, followed by “Drinking and eating warm things” at 19%.
