The Math Department no longer prints summer review packets. Parents/Guardians can access the summer reviews with the following link: Summer Reviews. These reviews are a perfect way to keep your child’s skills in mathematics sharp and aid in grade level transition.
Summer Reading and Writing Challenge
Nottingham’s Summer Reading and Writing Challenge is designed to coordinate with the public library program. Knights will find a summer reading packet in their final report card. Knights will be asked to “collect” Legos for each activity they complete or each book they read. The Legos they collect will be added to next year’s class total. The class that collects the most Legos over the summer will receive an invitation to visit ImagiLAB, Nottingham’s Makerspace area, for a special STEM summer reading program.
Summer Library Hours – Nottingham Library/Makerspace
Members of Nottingham’s Community of Learners are invited to join Mrs. Koehler and Mrs. Gustafson, our Library Media Services team, for three special evenings from 5:00 to 6:30 pm. Capitalizing on the energy and creativity of our Knights on display from this past year’s ImagiLab sessions, students and their parents will be invited to participate in a different STEAM activity each night. The activities will complement our summer reading theme – Build a Better World.
- Thursday, 7/6, Wednesday, 8/2 and Tuesday, 8/22
- 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
