The students are getting very excited about the holiday season and winter break! Happy Hanukkah to our families who celebrate. We are planning lots of fun activities for Friday, December 21 and hope to see many of you throughout the day. We will communicate a schedule of events to you next week and ask that you keep some of them a surprise for our students…
Parents, please carefully read all of these details…
Does your child struggle with reading or writing? Do you want help for your child, but do not know what questions to ask? Maybe your child is receiving an intervention that does not seem to be effective? Or is your child receiving effective reading instruction/intervention that other children should have access to?
We look forward to seeing many of you at our APS Spring Conferences, scheduled for March 1st and 2nd. Online sign-up for conferences will opened last Friday evening.
I hope you enjoyed the additional family time last week; our instructional staff were busy preparing report cards and preparing lesson and unit plans for the 3rd quarter. Hard to believe it’s here already! Report cards will be sent home on Tuesday, February 13th.
Kudos and thanks to Nottingham Social Studies Lead Teacher, Ms. Jacoby, who enthusiastically planned and facilitated Nottingham’s 2018 Geo Bee held earlier last week!
